Little Pépites reserves the right to modify its shipping and return policy at any time and without notice.

Delivery costs and time
Canada
For standard delivery with tracking number (1 to 7 days business hours*):
• Free with any purchase of $125 or more (before taxes).
• Fixed fee of $12 for any purchase under $125 in Quebec and Ontario.
• Fees fixed price of $15 for all purchases under $125 elsewhere in Canada
*Please allow additional delays for the most remote regions.

United States
For standard delivery with tracking number (2 to 9 business days*):
• Free with any purchase of $180 or more (before taxes).
• Fixed fee of $15 for any purchase under $180 $.
*Please allow additional delays for the most remote areas.

Rest of the world
For standard delivery with tracking number (9 to 22 working days *), the costs are calculated individually for each order, depending on the weight and the country s of delivery. For your information, allow an average of $20 to $30 for the shipment of your order.

Note that "Little Pépites" is not responsible for delivery delays and that these are attributable to carriers.

Order Processing
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Longer delays may occur occasionally, such as Christmas or again during our holidays. We will do our best to notify you in advance on our website or our social networks so that you can anticipate these delays.

Shipping
Parcels are mainly shipped by Canada Post, Purolator , UPS and DHL. Other service providers may also take care of shipping, depending on the circumstances.
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form. The Customer must verify the completeness and conformity of the information he provides to "Little Pépites". The latter cannot be held responsible for any input errors and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery error. In this context, all costs incurred for the reshipment of the order will be entirely the responsibility of the Customer. Also note that "Little Pépite" is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Delivery time
Usually between 1 to 7 working days following dispatch depending on the carrier . However, please allow additional delays for the most remote regions.
"Little Pépites" is not responsible for delivery delays. These are attributable to the carriers.

Customs fees and taxes for international shipments
Purchases made on littlepepites.ca and shipped outside of Canada are exempt from taxes. However, when your package arrives in the country of destination, you may have to pay import duties, taxes and other customs clearance costs when your order enters the country of delivery. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer and "Little Pépites" would not be asked to reimburse them.
Also note that customs deductions may take place, which would lengthen the delivery times initially planned. . Little Pépites is not responsible for such situations.
