Delivery fees and time

Delivery fees apply for all orders of standard volume and weight. If an order has a high weight and/or volume, additional delivery fees may apply at checkout.

Canada
For standard delivery with tracking number (1 to 15 business days after shipment) :

 Québec and Ontario :

• Free for all orders of $99.99 and over (before taxes).

• Fixed fee of $12.90 for any purchase under $99.99 (before taxes).

Rest of Canada* :

• Free for all orders of $175 and over (before taxes).
• Fixed fee of $18.90 for any purchase under $174.99 (plus taxes).

*Please allow additional fees and delays for the most remote regions ( Prince Edward Island, Magdalen Islands, Anticosti Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Nunavik, BC).

United States
For standard delivery with tracking number (2 to 15 business days after shipment*):
• Free with all orders of $200 and over (before taxes).
• Fixed fee of $19.90 for any purchase under $200 (before taxes),

Please note that "Little Pépites" is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or even damage caused to the package during transport. These are the responsibility of the carriers.

Order processing
Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Longer delays may occasionally occur, especially during Christmas or sales periods. We will strive to notify you in advance on our website or social media so you can anticipate these delays.

Shipping
Packages are mostly shipped by UPS, Purolator, and Fedex. Other providers may also handle shipping depending on the circumstances.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer on the order form. The Customer must verify the completeness and accuracy of the information they provide to "Little Pépites". The latter cannot be held responsible for any input errors and the resulting delays or delivery errors. In this context, all costs incurred for reshipping the order will be entirely borne by the Customer. Also note that "Little Pépites" is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customs fees and taxes for international shipments
Purchases made on littlepepites.ca and shipped outside Canada are exempt from taxes. However, when your package arrives in the destination country, you may have to pay import duties, taxes, and other customs clearance fees when your order enters the delivery country. These fees are entirely the customer's responsibility and "Little Pépites" cannot be held liable for their reimbursement.
Please also note that customs holds may occur, which would extend the initially planned delivery times. Little Pépites is not responsible for such situations.
