RETURN POLICY

 We are happy to accept returns on virtually all our products.

To return an item, you must write us an email at retour@littlepepites.ca, indicating your order number, the items to be returned, and the reason for the return.

Returns are accepted for an exchange, a credit note, or a refund. The request must be made within a period of 21 days following the receipt of your purchases. The items you wish to return must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Returns of items without tags, damaged, already used or washed will not be processed and will not be returned to the sender.

 Second-hand items may also be returned within 21 days following the date of receipt of your purchases and will be subject to a credit note in the form of a gift card only. They must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped to you, unworn and unwashed. Before sending your return, contact us at retour@littlepepites.ca to validate the information.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected returns.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for any return: hygiene and beauty products, baby bottles, teething toys, and pacifiers. Also, please note that discounted/promotional items are final sale.

This list of exceptions is not exhaustive and we reserve the right to modify it at any time without notice. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse a return for any reasonable cause.
