We buy back your items* purchased at Little Pépites to resell them as Second hand on our online store.

It's simple, enjoy and take care of your items and we will take care of giving them a second life. No need to create and manage listings, nor wait to resell your clothes to buy new ones. You will immediately receive a store voucher and we take care of the rest. 

We are committed to being a responsible company with a circular business model to take responsibility for the lifecycle of our products and close the loop. It's good for the planet and for your wallet. 

How does it work?

#1 - Select the items purchased at Little Pépites that you no longer use.

#2 - Make sure to meet our selection criteria:

• The inner labels are present (brand, care, composition).
• There are no stains (we can accept very discreet small stains)
• The item does not require repair (hole, seam, button, or missing parts).

#3 - Write to us at buyback@littlepepites.ca by sending a photo of the items you want to sell and we will send you a buyback estimate.

#4 - Once the buyback offer is obtained, you can prepare your shipment. Carefully protect your items by wrapping them in a paper bag, plastic bag, tissue paper, or kraft paper that you have at home and no longer use.

#5 - Place them in an envelope or box that is as small as possible. This will better protect your items and reduce shipping costs.

#6 - Receive a free shipping label.

#7 - Send us your items.

#8 - Receive a voucher to use immediately on our online store and treat yourself again with new or second-hand gems.

* except for cosmetic products, underwear, swimsuits, socks, tights, and teething rings.

 Important 

Items that do not meet the criteria stated above cannot be bought back and will not be returned to you. They will be given to a charity for the underprivileged.
